Article. 66 of the Finance Act (action to boost public school) requires
... starting from school year 2010/2011 the permanent lists of Article. One of the DL April 7, 2004, No 1997, ratified with amendments by Law 4 June 2004, No 143, cease to have effect for the purposes of roles as far as 50% of seats awarded annually for that purpose under Article. Legislative Decree 399 of April 16 1994, no 297, as amended by art. 1, paragraph 1, of Act 3 maggio1999 No 124.
All teachers are insecure, whether they are enabled through competition ordinary through SSIS or even through lanes, which will not be included in "Schindler's List" of 150,000 to be saved, they will lose all rights acquired over the years and is killed every their expectation for a more secure and more dignified future.
