DOPING:
The Prosecutor shall remit La Piana (swimming). Requested six-month disqualification
The Office of the CONI anti-doping prosecutor has ordered that, today, the referral of the athlete of international Laura La Piana, registered with the Italian Swimming Federation (Gold Flames company) to the court of last resort on the CONI doping with a request for disqualification of six months.
The athlete was found to be positive to octopamine (stimulating) the control of the CONI-NADO Anguillara July 28, 2007, at the Italian Championship 25 km.
